Who the heck is mike?

Maybe it was that time,

just past midnight, the day after Thanksgiving, when Mike was standing in front of his refrigerator...

contemplating what to put on his leftovers sandwich, when all of a sudden it hit him—no mayo could possibly live up to the kind of sandwich he was craving. Or, maybe it was that baseball game when the crack of a foul ball made Mike jump across three rows to catch it, only to be beat out by a fifth grader from Weehawken.

He got back to his seat and ordered a hot dog as consolation, only to be let down once again by the bland mustard at the stadium. Or maybe it was just that Mike realized that none of the mayos or mustards out there were everything that a mayo or mustard could be.

They'd cut corners with ingredients, and use flavors that were positively boring. It just wouldn't do.

So Mike got to work, creating the perfect blend of real, natural ingredients that delivered maximum flavor and texture.

Fast-forward a few years, and Mike's Amazing® can be found on grocery shelves all over the Northeast, and has been named an official condiment sponsor of the Yankees, Mets, Rangers, Devils, Red Sox, Phillies, and the list keeps growing.

That's pretty amazing, if we say so ourselves. And in all that time, we've maintained our commitment and passion for creating a uniquely superior product that has no equal on the shelves.
