Mike’s Amazing brought the flavor to the French Quarter Festival with our own Culinary Stage, celebrating Louisiana’s food, music, and community.
Located in Woldenberg Riverfront Park on the Kohlmeyer Lawn, the Mike’s Amazing Culinary Stage was hosted by the incredible Chef Kevin Belton and featured exclusive interviews and demos with some of New Orleans’ most beloved chefs and restaurants, including Fritai NOLA, Southerns, 14 Parishes, Baroness, and Smoke N Honey. Our own Chef Eleazar Fuerte joined the lineup to showcase signature recipes that highlighted the bold flavors of Mike’s Amazing products. It was an unforgettable four days of flavor, fun and celebrating the vibrant spirit of New Orleans.
