Mike’s Amazing headed to New York City for the Food and Wine Festival, rolling our Airstream into the city. Over the course of seven events, we created dishes that highlighted our mustard, mayo, and oils, giving attendees a hands-on experience with our products. We joined the vibrant Asian Night Market, connected with industry professionals during Trade Day, and shared our flavors at both Grand Tasting Day and After Dark. We also sponsored the Brunch Affair and celebrated flavor at Burger Bash, where Skinny Louie took home the Mike’s Amazing Opportunity Award, winning $2,500 and the chance for us to bottle their signature sauce. We closed out the festival with Sunday Supper, where we had attendees try something they’d never had before: Dijon pasta! It was an incredible week full of flavor, fun, and the chance to show New Yorkers what makes Mike’s Amazing products truly special.
