Mike’s Amazing is heading to New Orleans, Louisiana, this October 2-4 for a delicious weekend at the National Fried Chicken Festival! The fun will include a 5K race, incredible live music, chef demos, and, of course, fried chicken dishes.
This year will celebrate the festival’s 10th anniversary of bringing people together through their shared love of food and music. Our airstream is pulling up to fry an unforgettable menu of Nuggets & Caviar, Cajun Surf & Turf Loaded Fries, and a Chicken Caesar Sandwich. Plus, our very own Chef Eleazar and Chef Kevin will give a demo at the Mike’s Amazing stage!
Our proceeds from this event will be going to the Son of a Saint Foundation. It’s an honor to be a part of such a high-energy and fun-loving festival such as this one. Come down to see where Heat meets Heritage!
